The module allows you to connect the 1068 control panel to the cellular telephone network (GSM) to send alarm notifications and receive remote commands. It has a voice synthesis with messages that can be recorded by the user in Text to speach mode.
• The module contains a dual-band GSM transmitter/receiver (900/1800 MHz) and is equipped with an antenna to be inserted inside the control unit.
• It is able to transmit alarms and notifications to receiving centres, using the "Ademco Contact ID protocol" (IDP) communication format.
• The interface is connected directly to the control panel board via the connector and communicates directly with the host control panel via a dedicated serial connection.
• Current consumption at rest: 35 mA
• Current consumption with active connection: 170 mA
