The modular conventional control unit is capable of managing from a minimum of 4 (basic configuration) to a maximum of 20 lines (using optional 1043/429 modules) on which it is possible to connect up to 512 devices.
Each line is equivalent to a zone and it is possible to connect up to 32 conventional points or devices, while still respecting the constraint of the maximum number of 512 devices that can be managed by the control unit. Each zone is associated with a relay that activates when the zone goes into alarm condition.
The control panel also has the following outputs and relays: an alarm output, a siren output, a fault output, a programmable output to activate in the event of a power failure or exclusions and a supervised siren output. It is also possible to use four additional supervised siren outputs, available on the optional 1043/431 module: each of these outputs can be associated independently of the others to one or more zones.
The control unit is equipped with a 4x40 alphanumeric display and a 12-key keyboard. A PS2 keyboard can also be connected to facilitate input during programming.
The control unit has a chronological system capable of storing up to 1000 events and there is a clock with a back-up battery to maintain the date and time even when the control unit is not powered.
