Thanks to the continuous technological evolution aimed at offering increasingly reliable and advanced security systems, in recent years, the builders of systems have been migrating from the "classic" anti -theft systems to more advanced systems that interface in turn with much more complex equipment. Digital protocols, bus configurations, analog, digital signals, tensions and impulses are entrusted to a cable that must guarantee operation in any circumstance. Often if the construction of these systems is not the result of accurate design, preceding the construction of the systems, it is necessary to find installation compromises that involve the laying of the cables of the safety system in humid environments, in coexistence with energy cables, pressed behind a mobile or crammed in an inadequate channel. This is why the mechanical and transmission characteristics of the cables is fundamental. Too often it is generalized by thinking that one cable is worth the other and the end user is never made to know that a simple interrupted, oxidized, reduced section or made with alternative materials to copper (e.g. copper aluminum) can compromise the functioning of the entire system.
