Ditec TOP is the new belt drive unit for sectional garage doors that is easy to install, safe and even more powerful; all accompanied by an elegant and modern design. Ditec TOP is among the safest products in the category thanks to the 24 Vdc motor power supply, the obstacle recognition sensor (150 N static force), the emergency release, the courtesy light (which can also be activated on command) and the possibility of installing additional protection systems such as safety edge, flashing lights and photocells. Ditec TOP motors have been designed to simplify and speed up installation: for example, the operator can be rotated 90° with respect to the sliding direction of the door, the guides are quick to assemble, the belt tensioner system is easy and convenient, the overall dimensions are only 40 mm in height.

Ditec TOP 603 combines a new 600 N traction force motor with unparalleled reliability and robustness. It is extremely fast and discreet thanks to the silent motor, the belt drive system and the innovative ball bearings. Safety is guaranteed: the motor incorporates a gear block that prevents unwanted reopening of the door from the outside and the remote control with rolling code signal is impossible to clone by attackers. Assembly is quick and easy and programming is quick thanks to the LED display.
