• MERCURY is the new single and three-phase gearmotor for balanced industrial sectional doors; extremely compact and silent.
• Irreversible worm screw/crown reduction entirely in an oil bath to guarantee mechanical locking of the door.
• Possibility of installation directly on the shaft of the rope drums or via chain transmission.
• The irreversible system guarantees mechanical locking of the door, obviating the need to install the lock.

Safety first

• In the manual release system, to guarantee the safety of the operator, in the models with winch, a special mechanism has been designed which, via an automatic coupling limit switch, inhibits power supply during the chain pulling phase.
• Possibility of having the card on board the machine for man-present management in the 230V models or built-in or remote control equipment for automatic management.

Scope of application

• 230/400V THREE-PHASE power supply.
• Automation of large sectional doors, gearmotor torque up to 70 Nm.

Important:all three-phase models are managed only with a remote control.
