• Once installed, maintenance is practically non-existent. The drive-over lid, the mechanics of the various components and the CATAPHORESIS anti-corrosion treatment protect it from water, dust and rust.
• MAGIC is equipped with a mechanical clutch and, being reversible, requires the installation of an electric lock on the gate. In the event of a blackout, simply use the appropriate key on the electric lock and manually push the gate.
• The built-in adjustable mechanical limit switches determine the exact opening and closing position of the door. It is therefore not necessary to use mechanical stops on the ground or internal electrical limit switches.
