Master automation with built-in electronic programmer
It is a complete, new generation automation, suitable for automating every
type of counterweight overhead door. The rigorous line of its forms, the
The compactness and solidity of the assembly make this product a machine
versatile which when installed enhances making every closure efficient and safe
of the tilting type. The automation includes a compact monobloc
gearmotor (with integrated encoder and bilateral release system
incorporated) equipped with a reduction system made with
materials that allow you to achieve maximum efficiency with the
maximum silence. The engine (Cardin design) is powered
in low voltage and offers a guarantee of efficiency and durability.
All the various elements that make up the automation:
gearmotor, transformer, electronic programmer
and batteries (optional) are mounted on a sturdy frame
made of shockproof plastic material, at the same time separated
and protected by a double carter that covers completely
every moving part and secures all wiring.
The second removable cover allows access to all
adjustments and programming in complete safety. The crankcase in the
its internal part contains the release activation mechanism
manual, mechanism that makes the unlocking maneuver easy and fluid
every condition and can be carried out in all the ways foreseen by the manufacturers
doors: with handle directly on the gearmotor, with cord transmission and also
with hex key via access on the door sheet, this both on the left and on the
right of the automation body. The door position is controlled via
encoder with self-learning programming; this keeps the time to a minimum
installation and makes programming optimal. Repositioning occurs automatically
if extraneous events occur on the door travel.
The control operated by the control unit is completed with anti-crushing safety devices and safety functions
"soft start" and "soft stop". Furthermore, the control electronics are equipped with visualization on the display
all programming phases and counting of the number of maneuvers performed by the machine.
For doors over 4 m wide and for overhead doors with pedestrian door (side mounting) it is required
the use of the second engine which will be slaved to the first.
For the GL20 models, the door position is controlled via mechanical limit switches.
