Born from an innovative project idea, the Cardin towed automation is made up of two complete elements
all their parts that are assembled with easy coupling. An efficient engine with a pleasant aesthetic design,
new in technical solutions, capable in performance, equipped as standard with all the elements that facilitate
use in any working condition, it is grafted onto a solid extruded aluminum guide with transmission
implemented by protected sliding chain recirculation. On the guide, the motor coupling head and the transmission
chain are optimized with nylon fiber structural elements. The compact and robust engine is controlled by
an advanced logic based on an encoder door movement control system and a process
self-learning programming. The group adopts a low voltage motor, which interacts with one
efficient kinematic scheme protected by a special flexible coupling element, which allows to neutralize the
variations and vibrations that can occur during the work cycle. The automation has a courtesy light as standard
the buffer batteries which guarantee the actuator emergency maneuvers in the event of a power failure.
The fully integrated electronic programmer is housed in a protected compartment that leaves only the
programming, reading and circuit reset points (fuses). An orderly and functional wiring connects the
electronic board, which integrates the battery charger and radio receiver, with the toroidal transformer and the gearmotor. The
sliding of the towing trolley on the guide is supported by a special self-lubricating system on
wheels, the manual release that releases the trolley from the towing element is implemented via
cord releasing the door from the automation. The GL124EBSS model is also
equipped with NiMH buffer batteries and battery charger. In the same model the
Stroke control is via encoder with programming
self-learning; this reduces processing times to a minimum
installation and makes programming optimal.
Repositioning occurs automatically
if extraneous events occur
on the travel of the door. The control carried out
