Description
The V09 electric lock is the only high-reliability lock specifically designed to be applied to sliding gates located outdoors, whether manual or automated.
Its particular rotating harpoon mechanism tolerates expansions (caused by climatic variations) of sliding gates up to ± 9.6 mm. (corresponding to a temperature range of 100° C for an 8 meter long gate). Also applicable to manual sliding gates (installed with a double through cylinder).
Unlike closures made with padlocks and chains or with normal mechanical hook locks, V09 offers new and effective security measures, is practical to use and aesthetically pleasing, cannot be attacked from the outside and does not suffer from corrosion caused by climatic agents.
Installation:
horizontal on the fixed upright of the sliding gate.

controlled by an electronic card, with the possibility of interfacing with gate automation systems.

Earnings:
monobloc in galvanized steel, with cable entry on the back (for maximum protection) or on the side (by opening a pre-cut hole).
Cover:
in galvanized steel, with automatic safety lock when the lock is closed.
Rotating harpoon bolt:
resistant to violent impacts, protected by anti-cut rotating rings in case-hardened and galvanized steel, inserted in steel guides treated with "NIPLOY PROCESS" chemical nickel plating, activated by stainless steel springs.
Cylinder:
version designed for half profile cylinder 40 mm long. (30+10) with DIN or universal latch (art. 1.772.9 supplied).
Mechanism (of the half cylinder supplied):
brass pistons;
"mushroom" brass counter-pins against the action of the lock pick;
Phosphor bronze piston springs.
Counter nozzle:
in galvanized steel, easily applicable thanks to the practical alignment template with the lock.
Supplied with:
Striker for horizontal installation (art. 7905.217) in galvanized steel, rain cover including plate. Striker in galvanized steel, electronic card with the possibility of interfacing with gate automation, Torx key for opening/closing the lid, cylinder support in galvanized steel, nylon ring nut and cap, fixing screws.
