Recessed electric chain actuator for top-hung windows, bottom hung windows, domes and dormer windows. Kimo is the latest generation actuator equipped with a microprocessor that can be combined with home automation management. Intelligent, compact, robust (it is built entirely of metal). It is the smallest window actuator available on the market. Combined with the BK-Lock and the perimeter hardware, it forms the anti-burglary window lock. Recessed mounting in any European chamber profile. It is fixed in the frame with two brackets. Extremely silent (42 dBA) and robust in a small footprint, only 28x28x310 mm.
The Kimo chain actuator has the following functions:
• Progressive starting ramp.
• Power control over the entire stroke.
• Intuitive and immediate stroke selection with dip-switch.
• Relax function, with relaxation of the mechanical parts after each end of stroke generated by a mechanical block.
• Nekos patented chain.
• Retractable door brackets with the possibility of inspecting the motor even in the event of a power failure or product failure.
Electric actuator with three-link articulated chain (Nekos patent), enclosed in a suitable metal container. Suitable for moving top-hung and bottom-hung windows.
• Push and pull power of 200 N, works only at low voltage of 24V DC;
• Opening limit switch adjustable at any time by selecting appropriate dip-switches, closing limit switch for power absorption and as overload protection;
• Supplied complete with tilting support brackets, without screws and with universal attachment bracket for top-hung and top-hung windows.
• Can be connected in parallel.
