Chain actuator for top-hung windows, bottom hung windows, domes and dormer windows. Kato 253 is the wise evolution of Nekos development to meet market needs. Small, smart and economical! Simple selection of the two strokes mechanically, between 240 mm and 360 mm.
Equipped with a microprocessor with the following functions:
• Progressive starting ramp.
• Power control over the entire stroke.
• Even simpler and more immediate ride selection.
• Relax function for relaxation of mechanical parts after each limit switch.
• Accessories compatible with the entire Kato series.
It has a small footprint, the body and brackets are made of high-resistance composite material (polyamide loaded with glass fibre).
This actuator also adopts the same patents as the chain actuators produced with Nekos technology, both for the quick-attach support of the actuator and for the leaf connections.
Electric actuator with double-row four-link articulated chain, enclosed in a suitable container of composite material, suitable for moving top-hung windows, bottom-hung windows, domes and dormer windows.

• Powered at 110/230V AC 50/60Hz or, alternatively, at 24V DC;
• Supplied complete with brackets for quick assembly without the use of screws (patented);
• Top-hung or top-hung door brackets with quick coupling (patented);
• Two strokes with mechanical selection on opening;
• Opening and closing limit stop for power absorption and as overload protection;
• Can be connected in parallel.
