The system consists of two gearmotors controlled by encoders and a control unit
and control, with self-programming system, complete with batteries, battery charger and receiver
radio. The connections between the gearmotor and the control unit are made via a 6-pole cable.
The electromechanical thrusters have been designed to ensure maximum adaptability
to integration, both directly on the upright of the swing door and on the pillar with activation
to postponement. The gearmotor is self-locking and is equipped with an operable direct release system
with hex key.
Extremely compact, the gearmotor part is enclosed in a very sturdy steel structure
die-cast aluminium, protected by a powder coating finish. Inside it works
a 2-stage planetary gearbox with permanent fluid grease lubrication, hooked
to an efficient low voltage motor which allows the whole to achieve the maximum
performance while maintaining absolute silence during operation.
The whole, precisely because of the care that has been reserved for all the mechanical parts and their use
of correctly sized structures, offers truly exceptional performance in all
working conditions.
The actuator is suitable for the automation of swing doors up to 2.0 m in length and 200 kg
of weight per door. For longer doors, up to 2.5 m, the addition of is necessary
an electric lock.

Method of use
The control of the position of the door occurs via a self-learning encoder, this
allows you to reduce shutter speeds and makes programming optimal. The repositioning
it intervenes automatically if extraneous events occur on the stroke of the leaf. Control
operated by the control unit is completed with anti-crushing safety devices and "soft" functions
start" and "soft stop".
The electronic equipment is housed in an IP55 shockproof plastic container
and has as standard equipment the multi-decoding module for remote control (S449 -
S486 - S504 - S508), battery charger and NiMH buffer batteries that allow the implementation
of one or more operations in the event of a lack of mains voltage.
Furthermore, the control electronics are equipped with a backlit graphic LCD display (128 x 128 pixels)
in six different languages which allows the display, via menu, of all the functions in progress, the
reading of the number of maneuvers carried out by the automation and quick setting of the parameters
of the system through menus including the dynamic key mode, automatic reclosing,
pre-flashing, intermittent activation of the flashing light, operating mode of the
warning light and photocells and enabling the electric lock etc.
The automation activates the block automatically (on both leaves) with an electric brake system
(integrated into the motor) thus obtaining the stop of the closing door.
The manual operation can be carried out directly on the gearmotor using a hexagonal key.
The release releases the door by releasing the reduction system. This allows you to
have maximum mechanical efficiency in the automatic drive phase and activate
a practical manual management during the emergency phase.
