CDRX12 is a latest generation infrared security system, particularly suitable for
the protection of passages (driveways and pedestrians) equipped with automatic opening and closing systems. The part
circuit was created according to the most up-to-date standards dictated by current regulations
the equipment complies with category 3 standards of UNI EN ISO 13849-1 (update
of EN954-1). The need to ensure greater immunity to disturbances in an always environment
more polluted by disturbing elements has led to the evolution of both the transmitting and the transmitting parts
recipient, based on "single fault resistance" criteria that guarantee the maintenance of
safety even in the event of electrical problems.
The receiver must be installed near the electronic programmer and then wired to receive power
12/24V electricity directly from the programmer while the transmitter can be installed
on any surface without any wiring. Power is provided by a solar panel in
presence of light and from the 3V lithium battery in the absence of light. Battery life can be
optimized through the energy saving function by selecting the intervention time and the
installation distance.
Technical description
Infrared transmission by digital modulation of the carrier signal.
Reception with demodulation and protocol decoding, for recognition of the transmitter device.
Optics mounted on self-friction joints, adjustable both horizontally and capable of rotating
of 90°, and vertically with a possible rotation of +/-30° compared to the standard position.
Double relays on receiver, driven with digital control to increase the safety of the output part
(which provides the rest/alarm state).
Possibility to choose the output with pure contact, NC or 8.2 KO.
Differential signaling LED on receiver: "correct functioning" status signaled by a
brief intermittent activation (every minute), "alarm" status signaled by LED always on.
Pre-amplified receiver optics.
Reinforced power supply to tolerate voltages up to 40 Vdc or 28 Vac.
Range:
12 m for systems on building interiors;
10 m for systems carried out outdoors in all conditions, even in the presence of thick fog, rain,
or dust.
