The Kato 305 Syncro³ version, based on communication between the actuators through a direct connection between them, allows instantaneous control of the force, speed and resistance of each one through encoder reading of the work of the individual motors. The continuous exchange of information allows the actuators to open and close in synchrony. The Syncro³ coordinated synchronization actuator is the evolution of the first patent which provided for the installation and wiring of up to two motors connected directly to each other. Today the Syncro³ software allows you to connect up to 8 motors directly to each other without the use of external synchronization control units. The number of actuators to be provided on the Syncro³ functioning window varies according to the dimensions, weights and types of the window itself. For a width greater than 1200 mm, the use of two motors is already recommended, this to allow correct movement and perimeter sealing of the frame in the closed position. We recommend using an additional actuator every 1200 mm of excess width.
