Due to the dynamic friction and structural inertia of the roller shutter, the motor's rated capacity must exceed the actual weight of the shutter. To preserve the component's long-term reliability and ensure correct operation, we recommend using a motor with a capacity of approximately twice the weight of the curtain (e.g. for a 35-40 kg shutter, this 80 kg model is recommended).
