The entire design phase of these new interconnection lines have made the objective of the guarantee of the minimum technical and mechanical requirements capable of being able to ensure the functionality of the system in any environmental condition it is. Movements of the system must not involve strains or folds of the internal cable soul which over time would translate into breakage or false contacts, not always of simple identification. The use of new generation polymers has guaranteed that the isolation of the conductors is sufficiently robust to prevent situations of crushing, abrasion, stretching, keeping their volumes reduced. The feature offers the installer the advantage of a technically evolved and more usable cable during the laying phase both in fixed and mobile laying conditions. Thanks to the external sheath made in a new latest generation polymer (BB-Flex®) it was possible not only to guarantee excellent mechanical resistance, (which the normal PVC sheath does not ensure), but also guaranteeing the maintenance of its characteristics techniques following high thermal changes, external interference agents (such as: rain, snow, hail, wind and oils).
