Inverter control unit, opto-isolated, for 1 three-phase 230Vac max 2CV motor with delta connection. Specific for fast or fast folding doors. Compatible encoder connection. Inputs: start-clock, photo in ch, photo wire in ch, anti-bundling safety, limit switch ap and ch, pedestrian control, compass, stop, slowdown switch in ap and ch. NC or 8K2 contact safety edge. Brake management is in the presence/absence of 230V. The speed (motor frequency), acceleration and absorption can all be set digitally. Work times are programmable in real time and customizable. Operating logic: rapid reversal, condominium, step-by-step, step-by-step pause, dead-man, re-closing when switched on again, detects passage, pre-flashing, lamp. paused, soft start, starting, amperometric, compass control (system with 2 control units) and other functions that can be activated. The control unit has 2 memory slots that allow the parameters set manually to be saved, and therefore to be able to recall them later. Card only, box excluded.
It is the motor speed control unit applicable in various situations. The START-S12 is equipped with a display that allows simple and intuitive programming. The structure of the menu has been carefully studied, so as to allow a clearer and more immediate setting of the working times and operating logics. Information regarding the status and correct functioning of the control unit can also be read on the display, in addition to the maneuvers and the temperature on the IGBT heatsink, access can be protected by entering a 4-digit code. For maximum safety it is set up for the ACTIVE-DOOR barrier (self-excluding infrared rays) and also as an encoder. The START-S12M allows the opening and closing of the door via buttons and outside programming, to be used only in case of emergency or system tests. This operation will be simpler if the control panel BOX is equipped with a keypad (COBOX-3). Some operating anomalies that are signaled by the display, the causes and the procedures for resolving the error situation are presented.
