BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 operators require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring up to 3.00 m in length. The aluminum body and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock; convenient release with a key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for operating 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the delay before the second leaf starts can also be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the independent adjustment of each leaf's travel.
