Ditec ION is the new range of electromechanical actuators for sliding gates designed to guarantee quality, robustness, reliability over time and to facilitate installation and maintenance.
The range consists of two motors for 400 kg and 600 kg leaves, and integrates the multifunction control panel in the operator.

INTELLIGENT
Ditec ION includes a rapid self-learning procedure which automatically records the values in two manoeuvres
stopping positions self-adjusting to the most diverse installation contexts.

24V VIRTUAL ENCODER
For constant electronic control of impact forces and immediate obstacle detection ensuring
stopping the operator or reversing the motion (if configured). Optional magnetic limit switches. Furthermore, in the event of a blackout, the electronic panel intervenes by activating the built-in batteries (optional) which allow the correct functioning of the system.

VERSATILE
From the control panel it is possible to precisely manage position and speed at any time, guaranteeing adjustment of the acceleration, deceleration and starting time, the slowing down space and the opening and closing approach speed.

SELF-LEARNING PROCEDURE, guided menu, predefined configurations!
- rapid self-learning procedure which automatically records the stop positions in two maneuvers, self-adjusting to the most diverse installation contexts
- guided menu (WZ) for quick and simplified configuration of the automation during first start-up
- steel plate (optional) to avoid building work when replacing existing Ditec or competitor brand automations
- monobloc base with pre-fractures for replacing Cross 3E
- three predefined configurations for residential and condominium use. Not only that: extractable memory to save the operating parameters and duplicate them on another operator

- temperature sensor which adapts the performance of the gearmotor in case of cold, ice and snow (NIO - No Ice Option function) and protects the motor in case of overtemperature
