Optional interface card for PBX Agorà 2 (code 1372/312) which allows the automatic management of incoming calls, with automatic routing to the PBX extensions, diversifiable for Day mode and Night mode.
The managed call flow includes: playing a welcome message, the possibility of typing a choice or the desired extension, keeping the call on hold until the selected destination or the one set as default answers.
Additional functions are: the possibility of playing up to 5 messages, in addition to the main one, to make branched choices on multiple levels, and weekly scheduling on 5 daily bands: 2 day, 3 night.
Its programming is simplified thanks to the dedicated section in the SCAITERM2NET PC application.
• The card can operate in two modes, Day/Open and Night/Pause, which can be configured and activated independently for each day of the week.
• The activation sequence includes 1 to 5 time slots during the day (2 in day mode and 3 in night mode).
• The maximum duration of each message is 30 seconds.
