NiceHome SOLEKIT uses solar energy to operate the automated system, without the use of electricity. It can supply electricity continuously and can be used anywhere (for example to automate a gate located far from the electricity grid).
Designed for use with NiceHome gate operators, garage doors, awnings and similar products.
Characteristics
The system includes a photovoltaic panel and an electric battery:
- the photovoltaic panel is a device capable of converting solar energy directly into electricity.
- the battery is a device that stores the electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic panel during the hours of sunlight, making it available at any time of the day, including days with bad weather. An LED on the front and an internal buzzer indicate various charging/discharging conditions of the internal battery. The back of the battery has 4 holes for wall mounting. The battery can be permanently attached or suspended on hooks to allow for future removal and transportation. To facilitate transport, there is a handle and two separable connectors to allow quick panel detachment and automation.
