The automation consists of a sturdy gearmotor controlled by encoder and a
command and control unit complete with buffer batteries, battery charger and receiver
radio. The connections between the gearmotor and the control unit are made via a 6-pole cable
with quick connections. The electromechanical gear motor has been designed to ensure
maximum adaptability to integration on the gate support column and is equipped with
fixing points for each type of solution. The output shaft (drag) is removable
to allow a quick installation and an easy and precise positioning of the motor.
Extremely compact, the motorization part is enclosed in a very sturdy
die-cast aluminum structure. Inside it operates a double kinematic system
reduction, which works in a permanent fluid grease bath, coupled to an effective
low voltage motor that allows the whole to achieve maximum performance
maintaining absolute silence during operation. The gearmotor guarantees
the locking of the door in closing. The emergency maneuver (release) is performed via
an effective release system integrated into the gearmotor.
The automation, available in three versions that adopt motors of different powers, is suitable
to the movement of sliding gates up to a maximum weight of 1000 kg.
How to use
The leaf position is controlled by an encoder with ad function
self-learning, this allows to obtain the maximum positioning precision
considerably reducing installation times.
The repositioning is activated automatically if extraneous events occur on the
door travel. In case of manual release, the sensor located on the mechanical system signals
to the control unit to carry out the automatic repositioning at the first maneuver command.
The control operated by the programmer is completed with the management of the functions
anti-crushing safety and the "soft start" and "soft stop" motion adjustment functions.
The electronic equipment is housed in an IP55 shockproof plastic material container
and has as standard equipment the multi-decoding module for remote control (S449 -
S486 - S504 - S508), battery charger and NiMH buffer batteries that allow the implementation
of one or more maneuvers in the event of a power failure.
Furthermore, the control electronics are equipped with a backlit graphic LCD display (128 x
128 pixels) in six different languages which allows the visualization, through the menu, of all
functions in progress, the reading of the number of maneuvers carried out by the automation and the setting
Quick access to system parameters via menus including dynamic key mode,
automatic reclosing, pre-flashing, intermittent activation of the flashing light, mode
of operation of the warning light and photocells, etc.
The automation as a whole, precisely because of the care that has been reserved for its creation

traditional sliding and self-supporting sliding systems.
