DUAL TECHNOLOGY pedestrian door sensor: EN16005
VIO-DT combines a radar motion sensor for door opening with a failsafe active infrared double curtain for user protection, in compliance with the EN 16005 standard. The opening and closing of the door is controlled by a one-way radar, while safety is offered by the two failsafe infrared 24-spot curtains.
The monodirectionality of VIO-DT1 allows you to save energy inside the building. The door closes earlier and reduces heat loss.
INFRARED technology
Recommended for DETECTING THE PRESENCE of people in places with little space. In fact, thanks to the many adjustments, it allows a very precise setting in narrow fields. It is also possible to "darken" lateral passage areas.
MICROWAVE technology
Recommended for DETECTING THE MOVEMENT of people but also objects, such as supermarket trolleys. Furthermore, compared to infrared sensors, it has greater coverage fields and therefore opens from further away.
