Flood probe detector
MAD6 is a flooding sensor intended for alarm systems and must always be used in combination with the MAD1 detector. It is installed low down on the wall, in the corner between it and the floor, so that the probe is approximately 1 mm from the floor. In the event of flooding, when the probe is wetted by the liquid, the event is immediately picked up by the second detector to which MAD6 is connected by cable; this transmits the alarm signal to the control panel via radio.
