Sensor that detects the presence of water on the floor using 2 golden feet.
It is generally used for the protection against flooding of data centers, technical rooms, boiler rooms, offices, laboratories, etc. The sensor, in an aluminum container with white epoxy paint, is equipped with a steel support that allows it to detect the liquid at a height varying between 0 and 11 mm. as needed.
In the event of an alarm, the relay changes state and the built-in signaling LED lights up. Remote test and remote inhibit functions. The sensor circuit is oscillating to prevent electrolysis and corrosion problems.
Connections with 7 wire terminals for code 2450-N and clamp connections for code 2450-NM: 2 terminals for power supply, 3 terminals for changeover relay output, 1 terminal for remote test, 1 terminal for inhibition.
Code 2450-N offers an IP 67 protection rating thanks to total encapsulation in epoxy resin. Adjustment of the alarm threshold with trimmer for the 2450-NM code. Not for use with flammable liquids.
