Automation consists of a set that provides a programmer for
the management of the system, 1 or 2 worm screw actuators and a special one
connecting cable. The actuator, equipped with a very robust structure in
die-cast aluminium, contains an efficient working motor inside
in full synergy with a high-performance gearbox isolated in a sealed chamber with
permanent fluid grease lubrication. The special solid three-stage crankcase
conception, the screw rotation supported on double bearings and the special
drive screw make it a high-performance actuator
unique. Its silent and smooth movement is controlled via encoder
(integrated into the engine) by the programmer supplied with the series.
Horizontal translation actuators can be applied extremely easily without
resort to masonry works, offer an excellent service in terms of number
of maneuvers.
Available in models:
- self-locking; the reduction system guarantees the locking of the door
closure.
