Mechanical edge with EN12978 sensitive ends
The sensitive edge is formed by the shock-absorbing elastic rubber profile,
by a steel cable and an aluminum profile which, fixed to the column or gate, acts as a support for the extrusion itself.
The operation of the device is guaranteed by two working double contact microswitches
on the deformation of the rubber and as a safety device in case the steel cable loses tension.
Together with the TEST function by the control unit, the device complies with the EN12978 Regulation.
Its construction characteristics, the result of a natural evolution of the product,
they present it as simple in its installation and of maximum reliability.
