The sectional door operators of the GIGAsedo series are characterized by their silent operation, high power and life cycle
prolonged.
The gearboxes have a monobloc die-cast aluminum casing and are made with special bronze helical screws. Thanks to the use of lubricants
special, the gearboxes are lubricated for life. The electric motor guarantees a long life cycle and ensures silent, vibration-free operation in any position.
All GIGAsedo automations are equipped with a limit switch system based on a high resolution absolute encoder.
Inverter
SOMMER inverters are always integrated directly into the automation and designed specifically for it.
For powers up to 1.1 kW, SOMMER has managed to avoid the use of an extruded profile, which is not very economical and very wasteful in terms of space. In this way, you can not only save valuable space, but also make the installation of the automation easier. The inverters can be set and programmed via the display of the GIGAcontrol A automatic control unit. Furthermore, depending on customer needs, up to 10 preset FU profiles can be foreseen and stored in the control unit.
