Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, VH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator maintains the gate in the locked position when both closed and open without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release mechanism with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
