DUAL FUNCTION: SERVICE OR SAFETY:
Supplied as standard with a service function (permanent opening): when the electrical impulse is applied, the lock unlocks and resets only after the door has been opened and closed again.
This is the most common operating mode, making it suitable for use with door closers and/or automation systems.
Simply removing an internal component enables the lock to provide a safety function (controlled opening): the lock opens only if manual (or automatic) pressure is applied to the door at the same time as the electrical impulse.
Therefore, if no one is opening the door when the button is pressed, the door remains closed.
This prevents accidental opening.
The right solution when maximum security is required, such as in jewelry stores or monitored storage facilities.
