The microphone base with electret and monitored microphone can be directly connected to the 1043/45x central unit via a flame-retardant 8-conductor (4-pair) type J cable.
It is possible to connect in cascade (in the same line) up to four microphone bases 1043/461 (interlocked with each other). In this case, the first microphone base 1043/461 of the line is powered directly by the central unit 1043/45x, while the second, third and fourth require external power supplies 24 Vdc@500 mA, for example, the optional power supply 1043/474.
The total length (considering the sum of all cables) must not exceed 800 m.
