SS-TIE 2-Relay Reversing Switch, 220 V. Device for connecting 2 or more traffic lights configured in opposition, to prevent 2 lights of the same color from turning on at the same time and causing accidents. The device can be connected downstream of a traffic light control unit that complies with safety standards for vehicle entry and exit traffic, with transit and clearance times enabled. It can control traffic lights operated manually by an attendant, preventing an incorrect operation from turning on 2 lights of the same color. The installer is advised to install the device in compliance with EN 60335-2-97 "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances. A mains disconnecting device must be provided in the system.
