Linear electromechanical actuator for residential complexes, with an all-metal structure and aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate leaf locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock. It can be easily released using the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
