Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminum rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modification to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring up to 2.50 meters in length. The aluminum body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock; convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control each leaf's travel.
