Specifications
VESTA-082 (WADC-1) by VESTA is a door contact that combines PIR sensors to monitor door openings and detect movement around the door. As part of comprehensive care for older adults, it is specially designed for people with dementia who are prone to wandering, protecting them from potential risks.
The contact must be installed on the door frame, just above the door and facing downwards, to monitor movement around the door. When the user opens the door and moves from inside the room to the outside, the sensor sends signals to the control panel, alerting the caregiver that the user is leaving the room. Adjustable sensitivity levels offer greater convenience in use.
It is ideal for protecting doors and corridors. For caregivers, activating the multifunctional door contact not only helps them stay aware of users' actions, but also serves as a timely reminder to meet their loved ones' needs. It ensures comprehensive care for users and provides valuable support in looking after them.
