PARVIS is a range of IP65-rated barriers designed to integrate with lighting systems, combining functionality with aesthetics to deliver a highly secure device with an unobtrusive design. PARVIS looks like a lamppost, making it ideal, in particular, for private gardens, outdoor venues and restaurants. PARVIS is extremely versatile in terms of its technical features and performance, and specific functions can be selected to meet the user's needs. PARVIS WS SMA is a low-power wireless barrier powered by a high-capacity, long-life lithium battery. It consists of a single column housing AND-configured dual-optic beams using SMA technology, with 2 + 2 or up to 3 + 3 TX and RX beams. These are automatically detected by the new, high-performance control boards with low power consumption. Depending on the number of beams installed in the columns, battery life averages 36 months. A low-battery warning is provided acoustically when the beams are interrupted. It supports SMA technology and uses optical synchronisation: the transmitting column emits a coded sequence of infrared beams, which are detected by all the receivers in the receiving column, creating an impenetrable barrier. With PARVIS WS SMA, protection can remain active while allowing people or animals within the protected area to move freely. It also allows each sensor in the barrier to be calibrated and configured individually according to the environmental conditions. Programming is performed using dip switches for the OR/AND functions, crossing speed and fog disqualification. Alarm and tamper signals are provided by two separate outputs for connection to the most common radio transmitters on the market and interfacing with intrusion alarm control panels.
