Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, VH automation systems require no further attention, as they are virtually maintenance-free. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure long service life.
The actuator holds the gate leaf locked in both the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
