Electromechanical linear actuator for apartment blocks, with an all-metal structure and aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. Its aluminium housing and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock. It features a convenient release operated by a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
