The maximum range of the Ovale photocell, tested in an open area, is 200 meters.
Its long range ensures operation in fog or heavy rain, while the collimator fitted to the receiver minimizes interference from sunlight.
Alignment is easy and is also indicated by the LED changing color. The LED has a dual function: it indicates correct communication between the transmitter and receiver, confirming successful alignment, and signals any faults or communication interruptions.
It can be powered at 12 or 24 volts AC/DC and recessed into a wall up to 3 centimeters.
