Kato 305 and 305 RWA have successfully passed the most demanding heat and fire resistance tests, as specified in standard EN 12101-2:2003-09, achieving B 300 classification with certificate no. 13-000921 from the IFT testing institute in Rosenheim in 2013. The Kato 305 and 305 RWA chain actuator guarantees safety, quality, efficiency, reliability and simple construction, with an attractive design created to integrate into a state-of-the-art window. It features new microprocessor-based electronic technology for position control and management of every operating phase. Die-cast aluminium casing, zinc alloy (Zamak) brackets. Easy to install, they fit quickly into the supports without screws or fasteners (Nekos patented system); another Nekos patent provides quick release from the window for easy cleaning. Strokes are selectable via dip switch.
Kato 305 and 305 RWA are electric chain actuators with a double-row articulated chain with four links, housed in a suitable aluminium casing, designed to operate top-hung and tilt windows, domes and skylights.
• 300 N push and pull force;
• Operates on 110/230VAC 50/60Hz or, for 24VDC low-voltage RWA systems, in compliance with European Standard EN12101-2;
• Electronic opening limit with three strokes (200 - 300 - 500 mm), selectable at any time via dip switch, with power consumption monitoring during closing and overload protection. Soft Stop and Relax function;
• Supplied complete with universal tilting support brackets with quick-fit, screwless attachment (patented);
• Can be connected in parallel.
