Electromechanical linear actuator for apartment-block use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, VH automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the closed and open positions without the need for an electric lock. It can be easily released using the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
