SKU: MDA1Y
Features
• Microprocessor-based, addressable 1-relay analog module (with short-circuit isolator), installed as an additional loop device.
Specifications
Description
Microprocessor-based, addressable module (with short-circuit isolator) installed as an additional loop device.
This is a two-relay output module with simultaneous activation (with a single function), both in terms of application type (siren, operation or pre-alarm) and timing and the combination of sensors that activate them.
The module is powered via the loop connection, but requires a 30 V auxiliary power supply to provide the energy needed by the devices controlled by the relays. It supervises the presence of voltage on the 30 V auxiliary power supply line, as well as on the supervised relay outputs.
Relay output R1 is supervised via a 33 k? end-of-line resistor, indicating an open-circuit or short-circuit condition. Relay output R2 operates as an unsupervised NO and NC contact; its typical application is activating fire door electromagnets. Given the load placed on the system, external power supplies (FAE) are recommended when more than 10 electromagnets are used per control panel.
Features
• The module is protected by a 0.9 A self-resetting fuse, and each output is protected by a 0.5 A fuse
• The flashing transparent red LED indicates communication with the control panel. The green LED lights up when one or both relays are activated
• Supplied in rectangular modules made of heat-resistant ABS
• The MDA1Y module is certified to EN 54-18 by AENOR and CE marked in accordance with the European Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011
