The 1000-N series is suitable for installation in banks (various models certified to IMQ Level 1 and Level 2), shopping centres and public buildings; the internal magnetic circuits are designed to provide double and triple magnetic balancing, ensuring greater protection against a wide range of mechanical, electrical and magnetic break-in attempts.
The entire series requires no junction boxes, as connections are made internally using terminals. Each model is equipped with a tamper switch to protect against cover opening. The mounting nut recess inside the housing is designed to accommodate 16 mm cable glands or conduit fittings (a plastic M16 cable gland is supplied) for cables up to 10 mm in diameter.
The 1021-N offers maximum security, with anti-tear protection via a microswitch on both the reed and magnet sections, and triple balancing for the highest level of security.
