Once correctly installed, BHR operators require no further attention, as they are virtually maintenance-free. Installation requires no modifications to the existing gate!

The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 4.00 metres in length. The aluminium housing and bronze gears ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked when closed and open without the need for an electric lock, with convenient release using the triangular key located on the motor unit
