Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, VH automation systems require virtually no maintenance, and installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring up to 2.50 metres in length. Its aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for operating 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, fast travel adjustment and the option to adjust the delay of the second leaf.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
