Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminum rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 meters in length; the aluminum housing and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release with the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control each leaf's travel.
