Linear electromechanical actuator for apartment block use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automatic systems require virtually no maintenance; installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length; the aluminium housing and bronze gear core ensure long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock; convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1 or 2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
