BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance; installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length; the aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator keeps the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves, and features convenient release via a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; second leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control the travel of each leaf independently.
