BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal structure, aluminium piston rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 3.00 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in both the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock; convenient release using a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with quick and easy travel adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slow-down during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, with independent control of each leaf's travel.
