Electromechanical linear actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. Its aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the delay of the second leaf.
Slow-down during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control each leaf's travel.
